a. Framed Prints
• Made in the USA: From our American art studio.
• Custom Sizes Available – Email us at help@christianmodern.shop for help.
• Arrives Ready to Hang: Includes pre-installed hanging wire.
• Framing Service Included: Mounting in frame is included with your order.
• Acrylic Protection: Included on framed art paper prints.
• Materials: Canvas or premium art paper
• Print Quality: Archival-grade, Giclée printing
• Premium inks for deep saturation and vibrant color
• Made in the USA with cutting-edge print technology
• White Border: Some designs include a subtle white border—see product photos
• Custom Sizing: Email us for help with specific size requests
• Use to purchase any art piece in our shop
• Delivered instantly via email
• Redeem at checkout using your unique code
• Valid for 2 years from purchase date
• Non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced
• Remaining balances stay available until expiration
• Klarna cannot be used to purchase gift cards

e. Delivery Delay?
• First, check tracking number status.
f. Wrong or Missing Item?
• Missing Item: Check tracking number in case missing item has a different tracking number.
• Wrong Item Received: Contact customer service (help@christianmodern.shop) within 30 days of order delivery and include:
○ Order Number
○ Photos of received item(s)
g. Refused Delivery
No refunds for refused deliveries.
6. Order Processing & Shipping
• Delivery Estimates:
U.S.: 3–4 business days
International: 5–7 business days
Note: Some remote areas may have longer delivery times. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays beyond our control, including weather related delays. If your order is delayed, please refer to our FAQ section or contact us if the delivery window has passed.
• Incorrect Shipping Address: We’re not responsible for errors in shipping info entered at checkout.
• Proof of Delivery: Not responsible for orders that are lost after delivery is complete, when there is proof of delivery available.
• Digital products: Gift cards and digital art are delivered instantly via email
7. Returns & Exchanges
• Timeframe: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Klarna orders: Are eligible for a refund to the original payment method (including final sale/custom) if returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging and condition
Once processed, refunds take 1–3 business days to appear
• Gift Cards: Non-refundable
8. Damaged Items
Orders are 100% insured against damage during transit.
Shipping Insurance included on orders to:

b. Package Damaged During Transit?
We take utmost care in packaging your order securely.
In rare cases of an order damaged during transit please notify us immediately.
c. Timeframe to Resolve?
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery date.
d. How to Report a Case of Damage During Transit?
• Notify us within 30 days of arrival (help@christianmodern.shop) and include:
I. Order Number
II. Relevant information on the damaged item(s)
III. Damage Photos
IV. Box Photos: You must include one photo of the FRONT of the box, and one photo of the BACK of the box.
e. Art Replacement?
No refunds—Replacements offered for cases of items damaged during transit.
9. Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Amazon Pay, PayPal.
b. Payment error?
Try another card, PayPal, or contact your bank
Please note that Klarna cannot be used as a payment method for the purchase of digital or physical Gift Cards.
