You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Once notified, we will provide instructions for the return of the goods.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary.

5. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Promotions offered through the Service may have separate rules that apply.

If you participate in any Promotions, please review the specific rules.

In case of conflicts between Promotion rules and these Terms, the Promotion rules will prevail.

15. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please contact us before returning any items. We will reply with return instructions.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Klarna orders are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, including final sale and custom items, if returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

16. Damaged Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Items damaged in transit are replaced, not refunded.

17. Shipping

We ship within the US and internationally with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.

Shipping costs will be shown upon checkout.

Framed and unframed print orders include a tracking number, sent to you via email when your order is being processed.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please refer to our FAQ or contact us if the delivery window has passed.

18. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

19. Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email and offer the option to wait or cancel the order.

20. Colors

Please note that actual colors may slightly vary from those shown on our website due to device calibration differences.

21. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
