Provided via email for framed and unframed print orders. - Order Processing & Shipping Times:
- Processing: 1-3 business days.
- Shipping: Estimated 3-5 business days (US Orders), or 7-9 business days for international orders.
- Note: Some remote areas may have longer delivery times. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please refer to our FAQ section or contact us if the delivery window has passed.

Returns & Exchanges
- Canvas, Framed and Unframed Prints:
- 30-day return policy from delivery date.
- 15% restocking fee applies.
- How Do Returns Work?
- Before returning any items, please contact us within 30 days of order arrival (help@christianmodern.shop) and include your Order Number.
- We provide the return address, and returns must be shipped to the specified address.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. If items arrive damaged, we can only offer a 50% refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- As soon as we receive and register your return and if you followed our Return instructions, we will make a corresponding refund to the payment method you used for your order.
- Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your account depending on your credit card provider.
- Digital Downloads & Gift Cards:
- Non-refundable as digital items cannot be returned like a physical item.
- Exchanges are not applicable for digital downloads and gift cards.
Damaged Delivery
- We take utmost care in packaging your order securely. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 30 days of arrival) and submit a claim to resolve the issue (see below).
- How to Submit a Claim?
- Notify us within 30 days of arrival (help@christianmodern.shop) and include:
- Your Order Number
- Relevant information on the damaged item(s)
- Photos of package and damaged item(s)
- Replacements offered for damaged items, no full refund. If you prefer to not receive a replacement, please initiate a return or make alternative arrangements with us.
